Are you a dad or male carer?

Dads and male carers make a real difference to their children’s lives and here in Blackburn with Darwen we recognise this, so much so that we are writing a strategy especially for dads that is looking at how we can provide more services for you, so that you can share fun activities together with your children and other dads.

However in order to help us do this we are looking for your opinions and ideas. We would really like it if you could spare five minutes to fill in this questionnaire and e-mail it back to us. At the bottom of the questionnaire, you are able to leave your details if you want to be kept informed about an informal focus group that will be happening in your area, where you will be able to express your views further.

We currently have these groups planned to take place in the following settings:

Little Harwood Children’s Centre - Thursday August 14th

Wensley Fold Children’s Centre - Tuesday August 19th

Seven Trees Children’s Centre - Thursday August 21st

John Smethurst Children’s Centre - Tuesday August 26th

Audley Queens Park Children’s Centre - Wednesday August 27^th

All of the above will start at 5:15pm and finish at 6:45pm.

However if you do not live in any of these areas fear not keep your eyes on this site and new settings and dates will be added in the coming months.
