Brook Blackburn submitted a bid written by young people to Grassroots and were successful in securing funding to carry out some research on internet use and develop a resource for young people to help them stay safe in a world of modern technology.

The aim of the project was to find out the realties of internet usage by young people locally; specifically asking if they are really taking so many risks and if they are being taught how to stay safe.

As part of the project the young people involved developed e safety posters aimed at 11-16 year olds and under 11's.
